TIME FOR ST.KILDA TO REALLY TAKE A STAND!!!!

Post: # 560835Post jill »

AM SICK OF THE INCONSISTENCIES - Saints need to take on the AFL - AFL have just apologised about error in time clock -"poor Tigs!" - what about "Siren Gate" vs Freo compared with Swans cheating with 19!!
Baker compared with most recent serious charges eg Hall, Kerr!
The MANY reports we've seen cleared when Saints have gone for "attempting to strike" - & what about the players we've lost from even more dubious incidents - Lenny, Bally, Kosi,X etc
AND MANY OF YOU CAN ADD MORE!!! - & APART from a few , where was the media outcry over the fact the Dogs MORALLY beat the Swans compared with siren gate (apart from a few brave voices -eg Tim Lane).
Look at all the publicity "Whinging Wallace" is already getting!
IT'S TIME ST.KILDA STOOD UP TO THE BULLY BOYS AND HAD PRIDE & PASSION ABOUT THE CLUB!!!
Would have a wonderful flow on effect to players & supporters & let's face it how much "harm" would it really do?

Just had to add some more comments-
At least "cheating?" Roos passionately defends his players
At least "Whingingig Wallace" is challenging AFL
Eddy & Mick would never allow their club to cop what we have!
Even Mark Harvey speaks up for his team!!?????
Hope we really take a strong stand at Tribunal over Kosi (although if there's true justice emerg ump will withdraw charge).
Am just so sick of watching St.Kilda being made a bunny of by AFL.

You have got that right Jill. we always seem to get the worst of umpire decisions game after game yet never a complaint comes from anyone connected with the club. We just lie down and take it. Hayes marks the ball and seconds later is crashed in the back onto the ground by his opponent who was not in the marking contest. surprise surprise no fifty metres to Hayes.
Things like this are happening every week against us. There were two obvious around the neck free kicks to us, one the umpire just completely ignored and the other one resulted in a FREE against us.
Time someone like our president or coach started telling it how it is, we seem to get the worst every time at the tribunal compared to other teams yes say nothing.

The Hayes decision was egregious.
