i rather think your trying to bait me old chap LOL! but nevertheless

It would appear a common theme of yours "to enjoy a good dig " not merely to Joffaboy, but to all and sundry who do not come up to your lofty standards of "on line scribemanship" if I recall correctly
(or is that online now one word in common usage?) it could not be I guess as you would not have typed it so.
oh and I'm not sure if that should be "sribesmanship" as in "sportsmanship" instead of "scribemanship" old bean, but of course you would have it correct now, how silly of me!
And of course we don''''''t like the use of those little fellers either do we!
It must feel wonderful to be so pompous....

thats pompous folks...adj grandiloquent, boastful, bombastic, high-flown, inflated, self-important arrogant, grandiose, ostentatious, puffed up, showy

And need I remind you dear critique that this is the internet and one should be most wary of judging a book by its cover, or in this case the "lingo what one chooses ta write with mate"

I may not have a phd in literature but nevertheless, my friend, you may be quite surprised at the degree of learning held by whom it is you wish to belittle so.

Raph's checklist for tonight:

- Don't get caught holding the ball
- Hit 80% of targets when kicking over 35m/95% for under 35m
- Put pressure on the direct opponant
- Take the first option if it's the best one
- Spoil the ball; always make a contest
- Don't get worked off the ball with a nudge of the hips
- When attacking, run hard and work to make space
- Don't tackle meekly
- Don't squib phsyical contests
- Don't let a single tackle get broken
- Don't turn the ball over when under no pressure
- Don't just kick it to a one-on-four 40m up the ground if there are better options

If he can complete the majority of those tonight, I think he can have a good game.

Clueless and mediocre petty tyrant.

of course they are and you get your jollies from it obviously

but then again you can offer some top comments relevant to the topic up for dicussion ....like this one on GT/RB
my irish wife made chicken curry for dinner last night.

and it was fare well above the norm
a good dinner was had by all, but she said baby's poo this morning stank like anything.
(on draft pick caydn beetham)(so poor can't afford all vowels on first name)
LOL there's that lovely sarcastic wit again that seems to love taking a rise out of someone else

your a treasure "bored git" your parents must have been "so poor" that if you had not been born a boy you would not have had anything to play with at all, then or now!

say the same each week he plays.
he frustrates 98% of the people in the area where i sit.
if he is to play a loose man in defence, he has to actually play that role, not just staand in a spot where he thinks the ball is going to go.
seems to be getting worse and more enemies each week.

Should have won the premiership in '04, '05, went nowhere in '06, wasted '07, wish for a win in '08

There's a superstar there locked away inside the current incarnation of Raphael Clarke. It just so happens that right now, he is rubbish.
