it was interesting watching the replay how it wasn't just Roo that was 'having words'-= kingy, harves, BJ all spoke before Roo did.

It's great that they are all talking now, but i hope that these same leadership type players are vocal after defeats because that is when we need them the most.

After typeing that it made me think of when Malcom Blight sat our boys down in the middle of the dome after we blew a lead against the dees and lost by a few goals, i was one of the few spectators still there and i was bemused :? :?
If anyone has any pictures of that event could they PM them to me or post them up here for everybody to see.

Enormous crowd.

I think we ARE on our way. That last qtr showed that caution was thrown to the the wind. The boys were running in waves & Bally wanted to be so involved that he jumped out of his skin over the boundary line. A Devil be damned attitude is what may be necessary to bring our season back to life.

North are never easy opposition. Even so; we smashed them; even though it was only in the last qtr. Carlton are next and I hope and reckon we'll smash them over the whole game. I can at least dream    [/i]

I once spent a year in Adelaide, I think it was on a Sunday.

Sounds like 80's football. We were chyt then. Perhaps everything will turn full circle, or just selective aspects????    !!

Did any of you notice it was that "team player" JASON BLAKE that kept indicating to Roo that 2 players weren't in the huddle (Milney & Dal Santo) as they had been held up doing TV interview?
Blake kept looking over to them & holding Roo up until those two got to (or near) the huddle, then Roo took over. That's typical of Jason Blake....always doing the the team things that don't always get seen by supporters....especially many on this site .

Yeah Jason Blake :P :P
