Now im only saying that "Should" we win on Saturday, then all this may become relevant.

The confidence boost from a win against the Hawks will be a huge plus.

Their 13-2 and playing awesome football.

With a win this weekend that'll make it 4 on the trot.

And.....if we finish the season off with 5 out of the last 6, that'll see us heading into the finals with 9 out of the last 10.

And with the remaining games against;

West Coast Eagles @ Subiaco - Win
I'll be heading over for that match so people let me know where everyone gathers, if anyone here is going. Should be a massive thumping by 100+ points.

Port Adelaide @ Telstra Dome - Win
Our Bogey team, Only beaten them once in the last 12 outings, Hopefully we thump them and throw that monkey off our backs.

Collingwood @ Melbourne Cricket Ground - Win/Loss
Dunno.....just dunno, they don't like losing to us, we've lost the last 2 outings against them by 9 points both times.....I "Hope" to see 70,000+ @ the G for this one, still, the results up in the air.

Fremantle @ Subiaco - Win

Adelaide @ Telstra Dome - Win
We beat them last year.....not much has changed, plus their minus The Birdman & Porplyzia will be 1 or 2 games back from a shoulder injury, should be a comfortable win.

Essendon @ Telstra Dome - Win
All their supporters for some reason hate us and think their better than us.....but we'll see come round 22.....should be a great win heading into the finals.

So.....14-8 is very possible, along with a top 4 finish, but it won't be easy.

But.....if we lose.....we're in trouble.

Stranger things have happened. The key is to maintain form all the way. Finals is a whole new season. If you get peak form, fitness and injuries roght, then who knows.

I just remember all the hard work the team did ending off last season, only to blow an easy chance with that Bulldogs draw! Don't trust any of these games. If they can hold form, I'm more worried about our chances against the Dons than against the Hawks. If they do turn to rubbish, they'll go dirty for the last game as a finals spoiler...Knights won't coach 'em, they'll just fall back on old habits.

We have only beaten ONE top 8 team this year - Shytme in round 1, just!

Let's just see how competitive we are against the Hawks.

I'm not expecting us to win, but am expecting it to be a contest at least.

I'd be happy if we only dropped 2 more games for the season - Hawks and Pies.

I think it's too much to expect more than that at this stage, let's be a little realistic boys & girls!

....and as for finishing Top 4 etc, we are not going to win the flag, we are nowhere near as good as Geelong, Hawks or Dogs so it's about making some money for the club if we make the finals and giving the newer players finals experience.....nothing wrong with that!
