Maybe interested in Harris and Corey Jones!
Read this!
"St Kilda, which needs to bolster its midfield following the retirement of Robert Harvey, is certain to entertain Harris and could also have interest in Jones, 27, who has played 145 games for 198 goals."

I remember we played a game against the Roos a few seasons ago and he dominated the clearances. This guy is a gun in close.
Only problem is we've already got Luke Ball doing much the same role. I'm also not sure that Harris would solve our need for pace and I'd be loath to give our first pick for a 27 year old. We need as much young blood as possible.
If we could get him and retain our first pick I'd say go for it.

He is oldish (25?) and pretty slow and in the mould of several other in and under midfielders we have (L Ball, Hayes).
RL has put it on record that we are about injecting pace into our midfield. Harris does not meet this criteria.
In regards to Corey Jones - DREAM ON JOURNO. That is blatantly just a made up piece of reporting. We would not chase a 27 year old small forward when we have schneider/milne/gwilt in his mold.

I would definately look at Harris.Have always admired his head over the ball approach and wouldn't regard him as slow.Would obviously depend on what was on the table in exchange.Jones would also be more than useful as a foil down forward for Riewoldt but agree it's not likely...interesting possibilities
Never take a backward step even to gain momentum.....

Would definitely be interested in Harry, depending on the price.
Very good in and under midfielder, would take some of the slack from Lenny and Bally, and give dal santo another big body tpo put some hits and blocks on for him.
Knows what playing for the team is all about, good work ethic. Sure, had an average year, but is a very good player. If we could get him for a 3rd rounder we'd be stupid not to enteratain the idea.

we need him.. we got smashed in the middle when Ball was out
THis means that Dal can go back to being the soft receiver he plays his best footy as... no use trying to make Dal a harder player when we can get one in harris, would possibly be a better option that Kerr anyway and would be a lot cheaper
