FC will be back next year - Arch will be replaced by GT

doubt it's true as GT and Wilson aren't exactly known for having a positve r'ship

but i htink it would be an awesome addition to the show if true... GT is not afraid to ask tough questions and IMO is a good media performer.

I think he'd fit better in the mould of the show than Archer who was a lot more placid and agreed with everything...

Would probably be a good fit then, as from the few times I've seen the show, all the panellists seem to do is argue and talk over the top of each other. :)

Dr Turf mentioned this morning on SEN that Glenn Archer was out and Grant Thomas was in.
Personally it doesn't worry me if he and Caro don't get on, because the biggest idiot on that panel is Hutchy. He baits Caro with ill-informed comments and tries to bully her into backing down eg the Alan Didak interview on "The Footy Show" which he tried to deny, but she was right on the money.
I values GT's opinions and I think he will give a similar view about football as he does on SEN making that programme far more interesting.

I like Dr.Turf, but yeah your right about Hutchy! I can picture him in high school too, sucking up to people in the 'in' crowd then hearing stuff and going to the teacher to dob on you only to deny it after.. eventually to get a fat lip.

Thomas wont go Garry - he aint stupid cause Gary has friends in high places...Thomas will pick his target - how often you heard him attack dumb @ss Brereton?????? he ALWAYS agrees and thats the point..... if he lands a TV gig (cause his corporate career has taken off since Bill Express nosedived.....phones been ringing off the hook...) he will target Caro cause he dont like her and he feels he can intimidate her like a good corporate bully does (this part I shall enjoy cause Caro deserves ALL she gets).

Look forward to a St Kilda revelation/scandal each week with some half @ssed comments aimed at getting a headline followed by a rapid apology or I didnt mean it that way.

If I was Butters Id get a good lawyer on retainer now.

misread the OP. for a minute i thought it said GT to replace archie. :shock:

gt would go okay on footy classified. he'd be controversial as always and would make it compulsory viewing.
