Saints polling members on new clothes
Hi
I got an email survey today from the club, asking for my comments on four t-shirt designs.
I thought it was terrific - listening to the members, giving us a chance to have input, getting a sense of what might be coming in the future.
Thanks to whoever was responsible... great work!

Can someone forward the email to templarrush63@gmail.com please? I'm a member and don't seem to be getting these member emails.

Was having the same problem. Always used to get the members e-mails then they just stopped . The rest of the family were getting thiers so I called membership. They said they had been sending them to me, but that they would "reset" my details. Actually got this e-mail today.

Did you get an email?
If not, I'm not opening this thread again !!
I just wonder if that email went out to all fans registered with the Club, and if so, it's amazing that it did, when only a select few were chosen re days and times most suitable to the supporters of the Club.
If that email went out to all registered members for a product and the more important email was sent out to a portion of it's membership.
It really makes you wonder if the Club have our best interests in mind and not another way of making money.
I like the idea of a poll in anything the Club wants, but the Club should also conduct a poll to everyone on what their supporters want.

obviously sent in jest...Enrico_Misso wrote:Shame they didn't send out a poll on preferred training venue !
As if you don't think the Club sourced other councils on this???
Just what a poll to the saints members help their cause??
My point is that this email went out to all members, because it is a source of revenue raising for the Club.
Shame the didn't send a poll to ALL members in their thoughts on what their preferences are in the day they would like to watch the Saints...
A selection of a emails to a few members that involve members, and their wishes in attending the games
AND
A mass email to all members on a poll that involve selling products ...
That is my beef
The biggest selling product is not a farken T shirt it's about attracting more members and not loosing the membership they have.
The Club is totally wrong on this issue. Membership is far greater than a farken T shirt.
They should have conducted a Poll on the membership wishes as a whole with respect to the days preferred to watch matches and not just a handfull...
Why the F*** a mass email was sent out for a T shirt instead of selling the main product?

Yes, it is done and dusted, but I hope the Club learns from this.
Ten Sunday matches of which we play 60% at home...
that's 6 Sunday matches and many coach junior footy and cannot attend those matches and I personally know a couple that have pulled out for that reason.
Obviously a T shirt promotion is high on the Clubs agenda and has mass emailed their supporters.
Clue to the Club...
The biggest product is MEMBERSHIP
And not some T Shirt.
In future how about emailing ALL the members a Poll in their wishes in days most wanted to see the game instead of a selected few just for "marketing"
I will more than likely by your farken T shirt, but the Club has it priorities in the wrong order.
MEMBERSHIP IS FAR GREATER THAN A T SHIRT
I hope they get that
