Heard on SEN that Goddard is out of the team against Swans

SEN reported that Brendan Goddard rumors have been coming off the sms and email saying he's out with a hammy.

Club responded that he's in but sounded like they could be lying.

Hope its one of those rumors that get around without basis- he's the one player I cant wait to see this season.

the rumour might have come from this board.

then again, the club hasn't always been a reliable source on these types of things.

Thats true. I'll never forget them telling us last year the week leading up to our Round 17 Game against the Weagles that the entire team had gastro and quite a few of their players would miss b/c of it. As I recall we lost that game and no players missed due to gastro.

i was there at the broadcast of the show when they said he was out nd it was just a mistake billy brownless said he had talked to goddard and he told him he was in 4 sure.. nothing to worry bout
