OUTS: Kosi and ............... GRAM
YES GRAM!!! Drop him!
He was selfish, inaccurate TERRIBLE disposal!! Some say he has an injured foot... fair enough but why play him when we have 4 same type players 100% fit ready to go!!
Lazy and selfish. Yes he can be great but needs to be more like Clinton Jones, Gilbert, Macqualter and Dawson who are all playing hard accountable footy!
Would Ross do it??
Xavier deserves a chance has much better disposal!

the above is simply lazy journalism!!
I mean come on where is C Jones??? The guy was easily best 4 or 5th on ground.... its quick journalism dont fall the that!!
GRAM WAS THE WORST PLAYER FOR US TONIGHT!
Sure he GOT THE BALL BUT WHAT THE HELL DID HE DO WITH IT??
nothing for no one!
watch the game again and look for gram and see what he does!!
He is better than that!

Yes, the Grambulance did make a few appearances tonight, but surely he got enough of the ball and did enough good things to warrant selection?CaptainReiwoldt wrote:Which part of Grams game was good tonight?? the out on the fulls?? the kicks to oppositions?? The missed goals when shouldve passed off???
Selfish, inaccurate footy!! We dont have to take that and he should be made to prove himself at sandy next week!
P.S. Go find Dodgerfox and you might have a buddy on this, dependant on what Champion Data come up with....
I am with you Captain.
Everyone seems to concur a stint in the 2s did NDS some good.
Grammy was poor tonight. He seems low on confidence. He racking right foot just isn't functioning and his decision making is poor.
The fact that we are winning doesn't mean there is no need to try to improve. We have got some better opposition coming up and need to continue to improve ourselves. I too would bring in X for Grammy.

Correct...Grammys finishing was the only thing that let down an otherwise excellent gameLegendary wrote:Jesus.
That's why Ross Lyon sits in the coaches box and you sit on your couch.
Head over the footy at all times, hard at it and set up a couple of goals with selfless play
If his disposal had matched the rest of his game he'd have been close to BOG

Im glad ive got some support on this. Look Im not trying to be mean I love grammy but he seems a little complacent OR then again he could be slightly injured.
Whatever it is Xaviers disposal would be better and deserves a chance (we forget how good he is) and everyone wont be so easy on Gram when his disposal costs us 4-5 goals against port or the doggies in the next few weeks!
Gram got 64 dream team points and had what countless possies what does that tell ya?

After having said all that he could also come out and win the game for us!!
maybe this was his bad week and next week he will have 80% efficiency?? He does turn around his bad disposal quicker than anyone, ive seen it a few times. No doubt Ross will speak to him about options he had.... ahhhh Ive got a feeling he will prove me wrong.
CARN SAINTERS!!

I agree he was poor tonight given his abilty. Thought he looked a little slack tonight (eg missing the opportunity when running in to open goal and lazy kick around corner to Gwilt when should have handballed - although Roo kicked the goal anyway). Having said this, it was only 1 game so I don't think he should be dropped. If he struggles again then maybe.

Gram was poor tonight but his recent form has generally been pretty good. He's definitely been better than Schneider and Gwilt.
The only change should be Kosi for Lynch.

That he didn't take many marks or lay tackles. Dream Team points have absolutely nothing to do with quality of disposals.CaptainReiwoldt wrote:Gram got 64 dream team points and had what countless possies what does that tell ya?
LOL..nah..ok perhaps BOG was a slightly generous call, but I do think his game tonight was far better then some are giving him credit for.doggerel wrote:You must have had your back to the game most of the time leading the chantssaint66au wrote:

No argument that his disposal let him down, but thought he put his body on the line numerous times and did some good things in and under, which he's not been noted for in the past

I thought he was definitely one of our worst players tonight and has been all season... however he is still in pretty good form, that just goes to show how good we are travelling as a team right now... We hsould only be making forced changes atm IMO...

His run is sensational, we need guys like that.
Just because he is an outside player and makes some mistakes you have a vendetta against him!

Very Harsh IMO. Was a little wayward tonight but breaks the lines & keeps presenting & is dangerous if not manned upCaptainReiwoldt wrote:OUTS: Kosi and ............... GRAM
