GWM against Freo (83 points)
Freo's lowest ever score against Saints 4.4 (previous 8.9)
21st lowest score ever kicked against Saints
Lowest score kicked against Saints since R 12 1971
First time ever Saints have had a % of 200+ after R4

Freo were six seconds short of being the only club ever to go scoreless in an opening quarter at Docklands

They scored that point wityh 6 secs to go in the quarter

Was that the lowest score ever at the Dome? was asking after the game but couldn't get any confirmation? I reckon it is....I remember we kicked 4.7 one night against the pies, don't remember any lower than that

I was SO disappointed when they got that goal! Desperately wanted to see them scoreless for the quarter.

I think we still hold the record for lowest score at the Dome......SADLY!
On MMM they were willing Freo not to score so they would take the new low record . But their last goal leaves it with us apparently. We were about as good as Freo in the early 2000's. We owed them a towelling that's for sure.

Yes and Mark Harvey and his Essendon mates gives us a few beltings in his playing days, so we paid him back a bit, and maybe help end his coaching career with some luck!

Not quite so significant
but our 5.3 33 in the first quarter was our equal highest 1st qtr against Freo.
In fact we had done it twice before.

5.3-33 : 2.2-14 :96 R14 S
5.3-33 : 2.6-18 :01 R12 S
5.3-33 : 0.1-1 : 09 R4 Dk

And in the third quarter we kicked ???

Yep
5.3 33

I'm pretty sure it was also the equal lowest score ever at Docklands - we kicked 3.10.28 against Collingwood early on.

Yes
R6 2002
When we were really struggling and decimated with injuries.
GT went down the mega-mega flood path. and copped heaps of criticism.

It worked the week before where we snatched that infamous draw against Sydney.
But came unstuck against Collingwood where they just patiently passed the ball from side to side on a 60 metre arc till they found a hole in our defences, or got Rocca to roost it from 60.
