Who is planning on going to Sydney?

Post: # 741075Post 3rd generation saint »

Just asking who is going to Sydney as I booked my flights last week ($179 return with Virgin).
Be good to meet up and have a good Moorabbin section at the SCG.

Except for the sanity nothing much has been lost.

I'm there and paid,$50 return with Tiger....think you can still do it for $80 return with them.

Best interstate footy trip ever is the Sydney weekend. Friday arvo we set up in The Cross and drink at some pub tabs, then after that the night go's off in all sorts of weird and wild directions across the city, and sometimes suburbs......
Saturday morning up and off to the races. They're at Rosehill this year which is a bummer,as have to travel all the way back to the SCG after the last. Will be in a fair state by then....wish they'd give us sunday arvo games there again,it suits our schedule better

I'm going too. Going by Tiger air for about $160 return after all the bulls*** taxes, convenience charge (!) and base seat charge. $50? you must have got in early on the recent sale.

First interstate trip to see the Saints, look forward to hearing where everyone will sit...

Yeah that morning...although I was looking the other day for a few mates and they were still $80 return...mind you I was looking at the friday arrival monday departure.

I'm not sure where they put you if you reserve them. When we've bought general admission we've been up behind the goals to the randwick end. Been in the ladies pavillion once or twice also..wouldn't reccomend doing that though if you're quite 'passionate', they don't particulary like you yelling...

I'm addicted to interstate games, I never miss them!!!

Got the Gold Coast next week, Subiaco not long after, then Sydney.

Still tossing up Launceston.

How do we go about getting tickets through the club to ensure we are sitting with other st kilda supporters?
