You should have been charged the booking fee when you registered two weeks ago.

But did he choose "no standing"? and miss out?

Also be aware that the amount deducted wont show up on your statment at least untill tomorrow. But your available balance will change straight away.

There was nothing showing on my account "on line" so I telephoned Amex...

They told me that $573.10US was taken from my account and they said that converts to $657AU which is 2 adult 1 concession for Premium seats.

If your card service provides a telephone service 7 days a week, may I suggest you call them

I hope not clarkie! You will need that luck for Saturday!

My biggest worry was that we had put down inc. standing but there was a mistake at Ticketek and we got a letter saying we had excluded standing... I just want to be there.

I know people have probably asked this question a few times.
The deducted is $1182.95 which is 6 x adults standard and 2 x concession. Is a Junior squadron (8 years old) a concession?

Otherwise Ticketek has stuffed up and what do I do then?

Plus we asked for mobility impaired so I don't know who we're going to get one of our party up into the nosebleeds.

I am pretty sure all juniors have been allocated concession tickets. Generally a concession is someone under 15 or someone who is undertaking study above that age.

I think the money's been deducted but theres no record of it yet? How did you work out that you had premium/prime tickets? Just calculate it?

Yep, I think the prices were posted on page 3... Not completely sure. Have a quick scan through the pages and you will find them.
