Cairns invasion provides massive economic boost

Just want to let all of you mad Melbourne based Stkilda supporter nuts know that there are 14 mad Cairns Saints supporters on their way down.

Not sure of the final figure but if you consider:

14 x tickets ($1650.00 each)
14 x flights
14 x accommodation (2-3 nights min each, some longer)
food
booze
more booze
heaps more booze (if we win)

I'm not looking for any type of praise here but you gotta agree that surely this entitles us to a Flag.

NUP! And do you know what I'm not too concerned where it is. It could be in the dunny for all I care. Wild horses and a million dollars wont keep me from watching history live and while i'm on it I'll be damned if I'm going to spend the the lead up to this week bitching and moaning about where I am and how much it cost or this or that. It's all positive here.

Sounds like the weekend from heaven Cairnsman!

I recall heading over to Adelaide in 04 for the prelim. One of the best weekends of my life. Imagine if the saints had won?

At this stage not listed on a flight for Sunday. However if we lose I will probably be trying to get on the first flight home.
