Just remember that most of these "experts" installed the Pies as the Flag Favourites not long back.

They swing around like a dunny door in the breeze.

The most interesting tipster for me was Jason Akermanis on that (awful) Best of Game Day show on Wed. night. He was pretty certain the Saints would win. And he's played both teams recently, as opposed to sitting in the commentary box.

Tipped exactly the same on the footy show tonight as well.

I agree though, the experts are irrelevant. It is up to the team now to make our dreams come true!

ps: I couldn't bring myself to watch the Footy Show tonight...I just can't handle the "what if's and Maybe's". I've seen what our boys have produced this season....and it's been nothing short of unbelievable! Does anyone think they'd be content to let this game go by without having a deadset crack???....come on.....just one person pop your hand up!....Thought so!

Hird worked out a draw
http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/k ... 5779263428

Inr eality the tipsters on Fox were either ex cats or ex Dogs - both have reasons to not tip us
the one that surprised me was Parkin- he had been backing us recently.
but as Sam newman said at rd 14 when you can't choose go with your heart...

We've been the better team all season....win/loss...%...win over Cats....
They had the better win in last week of finals. So what.

Lyon will get us home.

It's extraordinarily difficult to take a sniping little pessimistic grubby pi**ant like you even remotely seriously when you borrow our skipper's name as your nickname and misspell it.

But leaving you aside for a moment...

Tipsters: who cares? Do these muppets have crystal balls?

As much as I like to here all good things about Saints, fact is we ARE underdogs. Four reasons: The Cats have a monumentally deep and high quality midfield; they are in their third grannie in a row; we've already shown ourselves to be nervy finalists (first quarter last week was very skittish); history bestows upon us an unfortunate reputation.

But that does not mean we won't or can't win. We can. Our numbers stack up, our system is rock solid, and our team is a highly capable group who have gelled well all year - a TEAM in the truest sense.

It's about belief and absolute desperation (cue Bakes on Aker last week for an example) and not accepting anything other than maximum, disciplined effort. Of any team out there, I back our boys to be able to deliver that.

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

We have a successful and disciplined game plan and a winning attitude, and when that's the case it doesn't matter who you play and what frame of mind they are in..we will just wear them down like we have to all the competition this year.

Ohhhh Rossy has played his hand well bluffing and articulately talking his way through press conferences... After you feel that he is in control but we are the underdogs.. Collingwoods dismal trash effort also helped this cause  .

Make no mistake this is a 50-50 match but you go with overall form and we will come up trumps GO U SAINTERS

I was very pleased to read in the Hun this morn that Noddy Sheahan is all over the Cats... he hasn't got one thing right this year thus far.

Every team that he has jumped on has fallen over... forget the Kiss of Death, it's the Kiss of Noddy!
