Apologies if it's already been posted, but he's sworn in today as a Federal Court Justice. He's another on the bench, with Mark Gamble a County Court judge.
FWIW, the Vic DPP has described himself as a St Kilda tragic, and he'll be a Supreme Court judge before too long. There are quite a few Saints supportes as judges. Now a few Saints players are, too.

I did hit him your honour, but he was a Collingwood supporter referring to the number of premierships the Saints have won.

Case dismissed...... justifiable provocation.
