*We are 7-3
*While Roo has been injured we have won more games than lost.
*We had 10 individual goalkickers on the weekend
*Only 4 points and % seperate us from the team top of the ladder
Good to be reminded. It could all have easily gone pear shaped.
"He spoke of his stride, his power and his willingness to push himself to exhaustion. All of the things that are on display each weekend in the No 12 jumper" Garry Lyon
love the positives and the pessimists can piss-a -mist off for mine!
People forget the Roo will return not to mention Grammy whose value is often glossed over
Chuck in the development and games under belts of those mentioned
and throw in the wildcard Tommygun who I recon will make a debut sooner than later and I recon we are MOVING FORWARD within the broader picture!!
I was beginning to think, oh no, whats happened to us a couple of games ago, but its not all doom and gloom. In fact, I reckon its a great sign that the public, media, players and everyone in between expect us to win week in week out. Gotta love a winning culture...
With Roo coming back later in the year, we'll be top 4 and firing come finals time!
Strength through Loyalty
Go those mighty Sainters!!

Agree, the very best
Don't forget BJ!!! Maybe younger than the other 2 mentioned, but he leads by example both on and off the field just like Lenny and Roo. He may not be named as Captain or Vice Captain, but he is just as important in terms of leadership both on and off the field. He will take the mantle of Captain from Roo in a few years time.
How lucky are we to have players of this ilk at our club!! Players that BLEED red, white and black! GC17 and GWS have no hope of luring these players!
