Games after Gabba
I don't have the time or the patience, but has anyone out there looked at how sides have gone week after playing in Brisbane?
All year there's been this talk of hard ground and prolonged soreness...
Not looking for excuses...Pies probably would have knocked off anyone yesterday...Simply wondering whether it may have been a possible reason for general sluggishness...

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

So it doesn't really seem like it's had that much of an impact. Most of those results aren't really out of the ordinary.sunsaint wrote:West coast at Subi lost to PA 86-89

He failed to mention how unlucky Collingwood were getting the other top three clubs all the week after playing in Brisbane...
