Official Grand Final ticket thread

Post: # 990520Post Sainter_4_life »

I seem to recall last year that the money was deducted from credit cards on the Saturday night, meaning you could tell what category tickets you got. Anyone had anything deducted yet ??

We played Friday night last year - so tickets processed later this year I would think - more likely tomorrow night.

Money started coming off credit cards about this time (midnight) last year. I don't think the fact we played today makes any difference. As soon as the result is known they get ready to process which is what happened last year (as soon as Geelong won they the seemed to start only a few hours later).
I just logged on to my net banking. Nothing yet. However, a note on the front of my ebanking says the site will be down from 12 to 4.30am due to schedule maintenance  - this is Bendigo Bank if anyone else has CC with them. Might call them later on...might just watch the second half again first....

Collingwood supporters have already had the funds deducted.

I assume by this time tomorrow night it will all be done.

Can anyone tell me if there will also be a fee deducted? I have allocated enough money for the tickets in case premium are given, but wasn't sure if I need to keep enough there for a processing fee or some other crap they like to lump on for extra money.

The Cats were selling them for $1,100 including the Prelim.

So how much are you prepared to pay?

I don't understand people saying they want tickets, they should name a price range as well!

Look if i had 1100 spare lying around i would have grabbed one already. Why the need to up the price just because someone cant use their ticket? Not as if I would try and not pay full price for the ticket????
Hell I wish I earnt enough to have 1100 spare lying around

I don't like my chances this year. I haven't got unlimited cash to blow like years gone by,so I have to set a limit, and i reckon that might have me in trouble.

I'm seriously going to have a crack at bribing my way in saturday. $100 grease sandwhich handed to a pass out attendant is a fair chance
