Dids + Bakes

Post: # 992699Post Con Gorozidis »

Who do we put on Dids? He worries me.

I'd pick Bakes especially for the role. But I fear that wont happen.

What about CJ to Pendlebury and Dempster to Didak? Dempster has performed well in his shutdown roles so far this finals series.

This is a game where our forwards need to put our trademark pressure on, and I would love to see an experienced and fit old hand in Bakes used as a defensive forward, or as a tag on Swan, who needs a bit of a lesson in body contact.

I can see it a mile away! Malthouse dirty tactics will creep into this game if things aren't going their way!

When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!

If Dal can't run at 100% then I would not mind seeing him spend a bit of time forward to keep O'Brien/Maxwell accountable. Adds a lot of polish in the contest, thought he was very handy there against the Dogs

I reckon Didak's own head's every chance of ruining his day.

yup.

he's had didak the last three or four times, pretty sure he knows what to do. that said, he got beaten last time.

if bakes was to come in he'd go to someone like a sidebottom, beams or blair when they're forward.

CJ on Pendles IMO... He is their best player, very polished, high possesion winner and can get his own ball...

Didak is a dangerous finisher, and if the heat is off, he's lethal... Swan is a truck who gets alot and hacks it forward... Pendlebury is a Rolls Royce... Keep him to less than 20, and the game is half way to being ours...
