i haven't thought kosi's year was that amazing. but 11 votes is a pretty fair tally, matching his 11 in 2005 - when he only played 13 games but got 11 votes in that white-hot streak of four consecutive games in the middle of the year. (17 goals in those games as well, playing half in the ruck.) i guess he's been fairly good when he's been good, despite still being inconsistent.

I had an accumulator on Vince, Watson, Pavlich and Davey to top their clubs' tallies at 35/1.

Vince and Davey both finished top.

Pavlich tied with Sandilands and Watson tied with Winderlich.

Anyone know if I will get my cash money?

110 votes out of a maximum of 132.

How the umpires gave 22 votes to our opponents I can not understand.
They must have been biased.

3rd Lenny Hayes 20 votes
6th Nick Dal Santo 17 votes
9th Nick Riewoldt 15 votes
12th Brendon Goddard 14 votes
14th Leigh Montagna 13 votes
23rd Justin Koschitzke 11 votes
64th Farren Ray 5 votes
64th Michael Gardiner 5 votes
106th David Armitage 3 votes
137th Jason Gram 2 votes
137th Stephen Milne 2 votes
165th Luke Ball 1 vote
165th Sam Gilbert 1 vote
165th Clinton Jones 1 vote

Sam Fisher, Adam Schneider 0 votes

90 votes to our top 6 players

Geelong total 98 votes

Kosi 11 votes but did not get an invite.

You don't often see that sort of burning desire for personal glory, good luck to the Gary if it means that much to him.

Armitage judged best a field by the umpires against Hawthorn but can't make it back into the team.

Or can he in place of Eddy.

It may have seemed a joke but this really does mean he has something his Dad never got.

Now his Dad can be remembered as Gary Ablett Junior's father rather than Junior as Gary Ablett Senior's son.
He can now be judged on his own merits and not in Dad's shadow.

I hope he plays for himself on Saturday because I think Geelong has a better list of individuals but St Kilda is a better team.

He was ineligible, they never invite ineligible players, so Gilbo got a guernsey.
