Just to throw my 2c in (yet another), do we have budget to consider a more professional solution like EC2? This is what all the big companies use so you can be sure of the quality. The other benefit is you can start small, and grow as demand grows. You pay for usage.

It might also be good to have failover to avoid these outages if our budget would allow it.

I haven't contributed to the money drive thus far....I'm still disappointed with what resulted from my last donation (once bitten, twice shy..and all that sh!t).....running the place on a shoestring saw too many 'failures' for my liking.....

.....I hardly contribute anymore because the number of quality posters who have left, and the numptys who have replaced them, have degraded the quality that once existed here...... I guess I hang on to the hope that it will all turn around........

However!...after that little sooky-la-la moment....
