how can they pay a free-kick to a player that ducks his head in a contest?

Kerr, Cousins and Judd had injuries.

This is the only reason for this boring contest.

Full strength eagles would have made this more entertaining.

With that said, enjoy your premiership cats. You deserve it after so long.

111 to 34. It's taken a lot of pressure of the Cats, so their fans can enjoy the victory. Well, good luck to them... after 44 years, they deserve it.

It took 8 years (and no stupidity) well done to Mark Thompson but especially to their players-exceptional performance.

geez the umpires really made sure there wasn't going to be a good game today, some of the free kicks they're giving the Cats are shocking!

Port also are playing a shocker, i think the pressure has got to them

Geelong are good, but not as good as the season makes them appear, no other stand out teams in the comp, and Geelong had no injuries all year

i think next season will show whether or not they are as good a team as their extremely arrogant and obnoxious supporters think

All posters are equal, but some posters are more equal than others.

good on Geelong But I'm glad it's not us playing them- wouldn't want to be in Port shoes. Biggest loss in History
Sad for our players and i guess it's jealousy :(

I'd love to know why we're not there today. Never been so close to a premiership? Nice one, St Kilda. Keep squibing on what needs to be done...

Let's hope SFF do whatever it ****ing takes to help the players win a premiership.

I'm sick of not winning.

I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals. I want to win Grand Finals.

I want to win Grand Finals.

That should be us. We're not there because of bad decisions.

We need to make top two next year and choose to finish there, not just hope.

Absolutely pathetic from Port. Geelong will slaughter any team with an ordinary workrate.

But I will be hoping for a Geelong loss.
And most of all I will be hoping for fine weather as my seat is in the open!
If you don't mind me asking....if you don't support eith the Cats or Port, why are you at the GF??
Just got home.
Well that was my 38th Grand Final (including the draw).

Why do I go each year particularly in years when I don't like either of the sides ?

I go each year, hoping to see a classic game.
eg the prev two years were sensational
Today on the other hand was not.
Some great passages of play by Geelong but they had nothing to beat.
Still you've got to go - just in case.
