Well done Kingy. Got his body right and really made an impact this season in a position where we were lacking any sort of quality or depth. I like the way he throws his body around and just makes a contest. Valuable player, particularly whilst the likes of McEvoy, and maybe McGrath develop...

And I think we should all give him credit for his choice in partners with the lovely Danielle Atkin!
They are getting married in Bali next month, along with Brodie Holland and Sarita Stella, according to one of last weekend's Sunday papers. The weddings are to be held a few days apart.

Does it merely come down to difference in pay??... Some of the posters in this thread lauding king, are the same ones saying Kosi is useless... Go figure?!!....
Classic, couldn't agree more

Just what do you mean by better numbers???

King has averaged more tackles than Kosi

King leads our club in average hit outs

Well against the Hawks...

King
20 Hit Outs
9 Disposals

Campbell

possibly the most benefit from King has been his commitment at ground level - lots of tackles on opposition midfield.

He's won a fan in me - great choice RL.

He's had a top season . Would not havemade the top 4 without him , and he will be teaching the young rucks plenty along the way .

agree. under-rated I reckon. Has been a very valuable pick-up. Easily the recruit of the year for us.

with a solid preseaon and a year of getting to know our midfield structures and ross lyon's style he will be solid again next year.

his solid form this season made it easier to stomach MG's inability to get on the park for the seniors.

King did pretty well everything asked of him this year. I would think the coaching staff would have considered his 2008 season "best case scenario".

Good work Kingy.
