From what ive heard and read, Walker was approached by several clubs INCLUDING Adelaide, before CHOOSING to go with them! Who's to say we weren't one of those clubs!?
Also worth remembering that Khan is still relatively new to Football, so is going to take some time to adjust and improve - unlike someone like Walker who has been playing for years longer!
Personally, i havent had the opportunity to see Khan play, but im sure he was kept on the list for a second year because we saw potential - not just for the sake of it!!
He may turn out to be rubbish, but may also turn out to be a late bloomer (Clint Jones and Sam Fisher anyone??)... So i'd just be patient and not be compare him to someone who has nothing in common with him except for the way he was drafted...

Remember that these players are NSW rookies...not main draft choices...and so the odds of any of them making it was always low...
