I am over in Laos and cant watch videos at the moment.

Bit hard to summarise-- he said an awful lot in 1.50 minutes

Thanks for well wishes and support
feeling well but dissapointed with it happening
Club ( team) performed well on Friday night
surgery went well and first outing after getting home- down at club and watching the boys at training
expects to amke a full recoveryand fingers crossed the team will continue as they ahve started and he will be available for Finals football.
begin running in 6 but in mean time cross training
will do his best to atttack his recovery in a very professional manner
will be supporting the team till he can get back later in the year.
