ill say happy birthday quietly while elbow deep in a packet of chips just as the first bounce happens, whilst im sitting on the lounge with the telly cranked, the fire roaring and a rather large glass of iced coffee.

Thanks for the good wishes Folks! I'm looking forward to seeing my Pals at the game and being a "guest supporter" up on the good old Moorabbin wing! I was a regular up there in seasons 2001 and 2002 back in the early days when we were happy to take a win of any sort!
(Remember THOSE days?) I was a mere 56 year old slip of a lad then!
and still working for a living! Happy days (when we won!) It does me good at times to think of that period, especially after the Port result last saturday, gives me some perspective on how far we've all come along on the journey!
