Looking acroos to the members wing was quite extrordinary from the other side of the ground. I have never seen so many empty seats. More a reflection on playing on a Monday night than it is on supporters.
I don't care if ppl leave early, at least they turn up. For some reason I was happy to stay and see who would show some balls in the last 10 minutes.

Sorry, my staying tonight, against my best instincts, right to the bitter end was an unhealthy, masochistic act of pure self flagellation and another test of my resolve to give up smoking through the most adverse, testing situation imaginable.
Being pushed and shoved amongst a bunch of jubilant (and smoking ) Carlton Faithfulall "da dada dada ing", the prick at the corner point (with the glasses), serving it up, s*** stirring , having me clench my fists imagining following through to the back of his head with a firm left, then getting on the train only to hear the same pricks whooping it up and the same prick with glasses yelling "Oh Kosi - you stood up" "Oh Kosi BOG" - and my mind runs wild with visions of an elbow to his eye socket, breaking his fancy arse designer frames, followed by round house kicks to his laughing geek buddies as I quickly alight at my station

Maybe they had to get their kids home for school, or get home to go to work tomorrow, or a number of reasons.
I was more inclined to walk out last week than this, more due to the way the game was being played.
