while playing wide and not really entering into the contested play

Was the difference between R2 and R3

Needs to find consistency on what he delivered in R1 and R3.

Meanwhile Cordy gets another chance.
Bytel will be sub.

Cordy gets another chance because we are now officially scraping the bottom of the barrel for AFL capable players.

Beggars can't be choosers.

Not really, were you suggesting a player that goes from 580 MGs one week and then 70 MGs the next was under coach instruction?

Everybody wants consistency, we win together and we lose together, everybody is focussed on the same thing. No point analysing after you lose, if you are sure you system works, believe in it and find innovative solutions that move you forward. It's a testing year, Byrnes is not developing he is flourishing.
Just do the kilometres and get through is much better than your sore, we gonna drop you, then forcing Connolly to play at his peak and burn out in a quarter. Your the best athlete in the country Byrnes, just do the work. This is what Lyon brings. Belief.

That's why Ross is an amazing Real Estate Agent, he's an incredibly gifted salesman, his product is belief.

Look at what the coach said in the presser, there's very little doubt.

Ross speaks to a kid during the week who was struggling. Byrnes pulls up sore after 14kl 23 disposal game. Ross mentions Byrnes contributed, i.e. did what he was told. He ran wide avoided contested possessions and filled holes.

That's how you sustain success in the face of failure.

Byrnes responded a week later.

The issue is it will be challenging to get a hold on who Ross rates and doesn't due to our current injury crisis and there being literally no one left at Sandy who could compete at AFL level.

So with that in mind I'd be surprised if players will be afforded such excuses when Ross has more options to select from, so I still think your argument is not deeply rooted in accurate Rossisms.
