Sounds like you guys had good fun!
Wish I could've helped out, unfortunantly I'm not in Aus right now, and spend most of my time on another Saints forum
I was worried I'd miss today! These games are awesome fun! And the best bit is they are played in a good spirit! A real credit to the people who attended! Looking forward to the next one already!!!
When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!
Sorry I didn't come. Post-exams I'll do my best to get there.
STRENGTH THROUGH LOYALTY.

Someone got a spare body laying around. Mines fallen apart, I could barely drive home in the end. Was a good day beating the filth though, makes the pain go away a bit. Well done to the 9 of us that got out, and for those who didn't I hope you's enjoyed the Holden 1,2 Finish.
I've got blisters from my new boots, a sore knee from a graze on top of another graze, and a lovely bruise on my left hip where I'd normally wear my belt. Other than that I don't remember ever fumbling as much in a game, and getting a bear hug from the Collingwood bloke with all the tatts was something I'll try to forget.
What we really needed yesterday was more blokes. The Collingwood people weren't too unbearable, and anyway, it's just words. Hopefully for future fixtures we get a better turnout, and someone else can volunteer to go into the backline! I finally just went forward out of my own initiation after half time in the second match. Would be nice to spend an entire game there.
The other thing I'd point out is I probably won't come if we play Demonland. They take things much too seriously, and they're all much better than what I would expect the core constituency of internet forum posters would be. I know they enjoy themselves, but it was a flogging of the highest order and absolutely no fun. Many thanks though for the Demon blokes who helped us out against Collingwood.

I know a few of us are keen to go around again before years end. Last weekend was the first time i had run since the game last year. Needless to say i need to work on my endurance training, maybe play at full forward next time round. Set up the deckchairs and the barbeque in the pocket.
