Yes, well I'm not suggesting that we try to bottom out, it will happen without trying.
It will be very hard for Watters to concoct wins once our current top 5-6 retire.
If you don't have the players, you can't win, regardless of what the coach is like, so I don't think we can expect miracles from Watters in the next 2-3 years.
