We definitely dont need a complete rebuild. And we need to keep some experienced players on board.
But also we need to be realistic. We are third bottom. Its not ok.
People who think we are doing fine and we can just keep going as were going and all our ageing stars can just keep rolling on are also off the mark. Guys like Chips and Schneider are simply non contributors. Kosi and Blake are completely done.

At seasons end I believe Scott has to look at a total rebuild, line by line as well as his coaching staff.

This process MUST start NOW, just admit we are in transition and just get on with it, first step to remedy this soory state is accept where we are and start 2014 planning now....must happen or the scrutiny will now start on you Scott my boy.

You are a bit late. The total rebuild started when Pelchen was hired...and that is what he was hired for.
In 2 drafts we have had a massive turnover of players, and more will happen this year and next.

Thing is though wit massive rebuilds you first go backwards before you go forward. Moreso when a lot of that rebuild is via youth.

You have to churn through new players too, as not all will make it. They never do.
