I just plucked mine out of the bin and I still can't see where it says how to choose what item you would like. But I had to call them to make a change and they asked me what I wanted for all four memberships. (1 encyclopaedia, 1 scarf, 2 caps)
I'd suggest you send them an email quoting your membership number(s) and tell them what you want.

Kosi is your membership via Saints Smart Pay?
On p.2 at the bottom of the letter there is a section:

Item selection can be made by either

I'm with kosi on this one- I am up front smart pay and have no survey choice info ( but I have already indicated mine and family choices)-- although I would have thought that would have been too late for letter change
It maybe that there are differances due to how you pay-- or interstate etc...
wil await a couple more memberships due to my address to see what is indicated there.

This is the monthly 2015 Smart Pay method Bratty........... is that different to 'upfront smart pay'?

I've got upfront rather than monthly and I got the survey info and choices. Bizarre that there could be that sort of glitch.

unless my contact with the membership dept last week- when I did ask for items has been reflected in the renewal-- but this doesn't explain kosi's
seperately I am looking forward to my Calender- been a few years since we got one- I remember it was done in about 2004- with Goose, X, Dal etc as young guys
Double checked mine and all the rest of the family.
Absolutely NOTHING about how to choose cap/scarf/book.
(I have the smart pay option).
Is Archie Fraser still doing the proof reading?
The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.
They can even WATCH LIVE FOOTY!
Check the e-mail the Club sent on 30/09/2014 with the reference line: 'Get Ready Smart Pay Members!'. That e-mail ALSO mentions how to choose your Member Choice Item, via the survey!!
So the Club has told me twice how to chose................ in letter via snail mail (with my membership ticket) and, again via e-mail.
Maybe I'm just a special person to the Club, so I get the heads up twice............... or maybe they think I'm a forgetful old fool and need plenty of reminding!!!
