Aish is similar to Montagna game style and is miles ahead of where Joey was at same age. Give him another 2-3 years in the system and he will emerge as one of the premier midfielders. Bookmark it.

Interesting if a move is made for James Aish.

The kid has extraordinary talent, with a family history at Norwood as have some other famous football names.

Played in a Norwood premiership side at 16, and was near BOG including a 4 bounce run down the wing, replicating the efforts of his father in a winning Grand Final.

Played in another Norwood premiership at 17 - performing very well despite being heavily tagged.

His Grand-father was a Norwood champion, Peter captaining the side when Alan Killigrew was Coach. Played CHB and Full-back.

His father was an extremely talented footballer playing on a wing but Andrew curtailed his career at Norwood after just over 100 games because of his physiotherapist occupation.

His uncle, Michael, was a legend of the game playing over 300 games at Norwood and winning a Magarey Medal.

A cousin, Jesse, played at Norwood with James, but succumbed to injury.

Slightly built but wiry, as were both Michael and Andrew but that never stopped either of them from showing their sublime skills.

All of Peter, Andrew and Michael would have been absolutely top shelf VFL players, with Michael rejecting many overtures from Victorian Clubs during his stellar career.

And on List matters, I would retain both of Siposs and White.

Whilst I would be happy to get him, his family history means nothing at all. No idea why you would retain Siposs and White. Obviously that isn't based on what they have shown in 3 and 4 years at the club. Who would you delist if you want to keep those 2?

You've obviously seen a lot more of Norwood than you have of Siposs or White!

Look again it's the Flash!!
