Awesome, good to see the guys who didn't get many games this year (Sinclair and Lonie) really pushing themselves to get back into the side. No passengers.

Most exciting thing for me out of this rpeort is the apparent progress of Freeman. Taking part in training in the contested drils and training hard. Great stuff.

Richo did admit on Tuesday at the AGM he does hold his breath when Freeza runs or completes some drills but Nathan has shown no hesitation
