lethlean is a must stay!! he's the cornerstone of our administration. Anyone who listens to him talk can see he is articulate and analytical giving us the clarity and roadmap we need as a club. I would do everything in my power to secure him till we get a flag.

I think Lethlean would be a better CEO than Finnis.

And Lethlean will leave for another CEO job. To keep him we would need to make him our CEO.

Finnis is good but he is more a HR touchy feely type of CEO.

I think Lethlean would be stronger at the business/sponsorship and football deals side.
