Cannot access membership barcode

Hi, i am having a problem accessing my barcode for tomorrows game.

This is my ticket for my reserve seat which i have used for a few other games this year without issue.

Possibly there is an issue as i have 2 memberships (mine and my 2 year old sons membership on the one account) - but i haven't had an issue accessing my tickets before.

Ticketmaster were no help, they said they have no record of my email address and as it's a season pass to contact the club but being a Saturday, no ones there...

I can see the ticket and the details but there is no barcode and no option to add it to my google wallet.

Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

I have had problems with my barcodes all year at Marvel.
Some of my family get in and the rest of us can't scan in by phone or by membership barcode. It only works if I don't bother reserving seats through Ticketmaster.
If I do, only one person (out of four) can scan in on the phone. So one person gets in and the rest of us fanny about trying to explain this issue to the attendants .
Been a pain all year.

Give the club a call. I had the same issue and called and they gave it to me over phone. Super helpful.
