Voss Future??

Post: # 446134Post Bowey Boy »

Is there anything official on the future of Mr Voss? It would seem that his career must be on a tightrope but only last year he was very valuable?

A week is a long time in football. A year is a Voss career finished away.

I think he should only stay on if both Harvs and G retire for experience otherwise I think he should go. We dont need another 30 year old seconds player.

Time for V2 to find a seat next to his big brother! To play on would tarnish his memory.

I am an enormous fan of V2, but it has to be said that he was given a golden opportunity to prove himself again at the AFL level, and he squibbed it completely.

I'm afraid I can't see any viable future for him. I'd rather see guys like Gwilt, Ferguson, Raph Clarke and Allen given a go.

Great career and effort, but he is finished..

pretty sure he made some important tackles and kicked a few goals and cleared a few paths bringing the ball down when he didn't mark these past few weeks since elevation to the seniors.

Been a great contributor over the past few years but I fear he is done. Hasn't made much an impact in any of his games this year

u guys must be joking...

in the few opportunities he's had, he was close to, if not, best on against Port, and just 2 weeks ago against Freo kicked 3 goals and was amongst our best

last week he kicked 1 goal, but was moved out of the forward line for some reason, maybe the attard injury

his form warrents a spot in the team, its obvious hes not in RL 'good books'

he should play on, but if he's going to get the same treatment as this year, i don't see the point

Doesn't offer any more than L.Fisher, Gilbert, Gwilt or Ferguson. I'd even say Sweeney would be more valuable up forward than Vossy.

Thanks for the service Vossy and enjoy retirement.
