Song for the Saints

I was watching Spicks and Specks on Wednesday and the guy from Dropkick Murphys was on there and they were saying to him about how the Dropkick Murphys must be a good luck charm cos the Red Sox broke their drought after they wrote a song for them as well as Martin Scorsese finally winning best director after he put a Dropkick Murphys song in the departed.

Maybe we should adopt a song for the saints from them.... you never know lol.

didnt we adopt the "saints are coming" by U2. most people thought it was an omen... however didnt quite work!

Give it time....think the Saints are coming will have a bit more bite next year....would like it to be the official slogan...we are definately coming in 08 :twisted:

The video for that song should have been better, they should have used old footage of players... like Roo's mark in 04, some barker screamers, Schwarzes goal against the Brions in 04.
