I have not received my Family SC package as yet. I have been told that the 'mailing house' who was handling this had some 'problems' and the family package membership kits were going out this week?
I also believe that there was a problem trying to renew 'family package' memberships over the internet?
Sounds like confirmation of my circumstances - my two daughters' concession renewals came a coupleof weeks ago, but there has been no sign of the family membership renewal.
I agreed to the Credit Card deduction thingy that rolls over each year. Haven't heard anything yet although the 1st instalment was due to be taken out of my account this week !!

Eastern, that agreement is no longer applicable. There is a new system now.

I did the same - the new one they sent out a while back - it explained the change and I sent it back, have received my initial packages and first deductions came out today.
Saint Bev, the club have a new direct debit system in place which will roll over each year. I phoned the club this morning as I hadn't received anything & just wanted to check what was happening as they hadn't appeared to have done the 1st withdrawal. Found out that my family m/ship with sc had turned into just a single 11 gamer. Got that sorted & the $15 bucks a month is now nearer $60 lol.

my wife got hers a day or so before mine, we sent them off in the same envelope. My wife gets e sms text, congrulating her on the renewal and I'm still waiting, although I did get an email from Fraser telling me about his return and asking me to renew.........
I replied and asked him if he could check the records, for me,
" I am a loyal person and at the end of my career it will be great to look back and know I am a St Kilda person for life. That was something that has heavily influenced my decision.â€
i got a sms saying that my written application form had been processed.......only trouble is...i never returned it......as i signed up by telephone before i got the renewal package.......
