Harves will be doing a signing/general chit chat on this Sat before the blockbuster against collingwood at HWH. So hopefully lots of people will turn out!!

Well they are advertising it outside the shop for 12pm so im pretty sure its still going ahead!

fonz im getting my jumper done for $250 and im get a free signed jumper as well. So its a bargain!!

I really urge you all to go there and meet Harves. He is incredibly approachable and easy to talk to.
We went there in July and got the signed jumper for my daughter for free when I bought the team of the century jumper. See avatar.

He spent around 30 minutes with us and wanted to talk more about us than him !
Said he used to holiday on the Bellarine Peninsula as a kid. He was taken aback that we'd travelled around the bay from Drysdale to Frankston just to meet him.
And generally spoke about life for us more than him !
What a guy he is.
It was the best money I have ever spent and a REAL lesson in life for my daughter I think.
A role model of the highest order.
What an ambassador he'll be at our Club after he retires.

Think I'll try and head down there [to his shop] during the next few weeks - LONG way from Williamstown. Is he there a lot? How would you know when he'd likely be there?

he has obviously been preparing the staff to ahve him around more- has been in store most saturdays recently

well i live in frankston and i have popped down once a week and have yet to see him in his shop since i moved down here this year.With training and game commitments he usually doesnt get there that often. Its more off the cuff if he does, so no real notice.

But from the shop assistant on wed, he said that harvs had prepared them for some "big news" to break before wednesday!

We have met Jigging and look forward to crossing paths with other forumites (as I have Sainter_Boy with me meeting at the bars at TD is not appropriate)
