(1) take one FIT, FOCUSSED and HUNGRY Saint Kilda team
(2) add one RED BLACK & WHITE ARMY screaming their support
(3) A smidgeon of luck with umpiring
(4) Place ingredients in a well fired-up MCG and cook for four quarters.
Repeat this process over three games (with a semi-final option)
NOTE This must be done "one game at a time"
