fiora might get picked up...and we might redraft or rookie howard.....but rix has about as much chance as getting drafted as i have .....

I heard Carlton had had some talks with Rix, of course this was before they landed Warnock. He might have a chance with a team like Richmond or Brisbane.

That badge of Michael Rix that b4e has worn in the past would be very rare IMO.

no one on that list atm that will give us much of a lift in '09 IMO....Farren Ray, Cousins and a bunch of kids sound pretty damn good to me .....

To be honest, the only ones that have any value to any club would be and where they could possibly going by what they need

Josh Carr, Chris Johnson and Colm Begley didn't nominate for the ND - very likely they will get taken in the PSD by Port, Carlton and Collingwood

These are the players I would have a good look at...
The two standouts to me are Ryan Jackson and Kris Massie.

Massie is a pretty good stopper who I never understood why he didn't get a good go, probably a better option at a similar age than Carrol IMO..

I'm not against the thought of recruiting Carrol if the price is right.

Hislop has a lot of talent and is probably worth a punt, don't know if it will be us though, at the very least he will be rookied by Essendon...

Ryan Jackson has good hands and could develop into a handy footballer.

Greg Bentley could be used as an insurance policy for Dempster and would allow Gram/ Goddard to spend more time up the ground, the only thing is we haven't had great luck with Port Adelaide recruits...
