Friday Night against the Tig's

Post: # 705053Post WaggaSaint »

Anyone know the venue for Friday nights game, and any other details, like tickets etc.

Suprise, suprise, the AFL site doesn't offer any of this information.

Last time we played in Shepparton it was at the East Shepparton ground, about 6km from Shepp going in from Benalla.

Only guessing, but I think it would be at Deakin Reserve, the home of Shepparton & Shepp United. It used to have a bitumen bike track between the boundry and the fence but i'm told that has long gone

Kingy would have a home ground advantage !!

I've just edited the other post with a few more details - sounds like pre-purchasing might be the way to go

Got tix today!!

For all the penny pinchers out there, adults are $13ea.

Since I'm coming from Wagga, I'll be staying down there for the weekend, and suprise, suprise it's a long weekend in Victoria (we always miss out in NSW), and it was difficult getting accommodation... Got a room at 'Flanagans Irish Bar'.

Anyone know this place? is it full of fleas?

Anyone know if it'll be on the radio?

5 prelims in 7 years. 40 wins from 49 games.
2009 and 2010 were 2 of the 5 best years ever by the St.Kilda FC.
Thanks for all your efforts Saints.

I hope we kick the Tiggies buts convincingly, as we need to make a statement coming into the season proper -would also help boost to membership numbers.

We would want to kick them with the players they have out but I dont it would have any bearing on membership. People are to smart to think these games have any bearing on the year at all.
