it would appear that the station does work - 'online'
but is a local station
so like casey radio will not be on a frequancy that can be heard out of the area

install it
open it, then hit the browser tab in winamp when its open, paste:
http://www.fm985.com.au/listenlive.html into the bar (get rid of anything else thats in there)
hit the play button on the top left.

Ahh yes..deader than dead lol..reckon its not desgined to cope with a few thousand saints fans logging on simultaneously lol
