is the most overrated young player in the comp.

Absolutely no point to him at all IMO.

In disagree.

Sure hes not Nick but him and Morton have been Richmonds only shining light to me....(I dont think any Riewoldt could lecture about goal kicking though...)

A decent leap is probably his only decent quality.

Missing when it really counted tonight.

Wouldn't be rated as highly if his surname was different.

Very harsh, he's still only a kid.

He along with Morton were the only real ray of hope for the Tiges tonight, probably wouldn't be having this debate if young Jack had kicked straight!!!

Missing when it really counted? You mean when the ball was stuck in Richmonds backline and he was playing his position up forward? Tough crowd.

Good leap, good hands, courage. Not quite at Nick's level, and doesn't appear to have that level of gut running (and that may just be because Richmond's got the prototype running/marking forward in Richo), but approaches the contest in a very similar way. Looks nothing like his cousin except when he's leaping arms stretched at a contest, then the resemblance is eerie.

I though Jack Reiwoldt acquitted himself pretty well other than his goalkicking.

Yep. Looks a likely kid. Courage aplenty, works hard, good hands. Kicking needs some refinement. I'd have him at the Saints ...

Agree with both comments. A year or two across the backline might help him.

Poor kid he didnt get much support from the mids. Carltons midfield linked ran and tackled better than richmond's. The tiges bombed it in and hoped one of their gun forwards could create some magic Riewoldt and
Morton are good but they lack stars in all positions Richmond. Apart from Foley and Richo and N. Brown on his day they are a bit light on for a- grade players T,cochin maybe a good long term recruit but he is your classic kid gets played early makes an impact and his body breaks down setting him back. We need to remember that when we complain about not having any first year draft heros.

My opinion isn't a knee-jerk reaction to last night.

Since his debut I've seen nothing from him that justifies how highly many rate him. Two good games does not make a player.

If his name was Jack Smith, nobody would bat an eyelid.

But since the media wax lyrical over how good he is then we assume they must be right.

Just your run of the mill lead up forward. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Wallace hasn't really done much better than Frawley overall, and that's with a huge list turnover....

I think Richmond's recruiting has been questionable at best, their recruiter has an eye for GOP's and the Tigers have subsequently stockpiled them...

I think Wallace and Richmond should apologise to Frawley for making out that it was all his fault they were a basket case,i mean,Frawley got them to a Prelim,Wally can't crack the top 8,they look as far away as they ever have....

It's becoming more apparent that even if a club employed 20 assisstant coaches you can't teach players skills they weren't born with, under pressure they do what comes naturally....turn it over....

Saints looking like a bottom 4 team in 2024.
