Hope he's ok. Looked bad at first but he came back on but when players were leaving Carrara he was on crutches (according to my mate). And how come the players didn't attend the after match function???

When he came out the room to see his mates he was limping but should be ok. Aslo 5 players attended the after match function. There was no way they could have got more in as it was in a tent.

He was on crutches at the airport this morning.
Ptobably precautionary since he went back on last night.
However, Milne also went back on and he didn't come up...

Hope his recovery goes well this week. Am relieved he isn't seriously hurt. He's a had a fantastic season thus far.

Mate spoke to him at the airport........minor tweek of the knee.

if milney's situation is any indication we will be extremely cautious about playing gilbert this week (if it is a minor tweak of the knee).

there's a chance we'll be making a few changes.

milne will come back in if fit and someone will come in to replace gardiner if he's rubbed out. if gilbert doesn't come up someone will have to replace him.

mcevoy apparently was limping after the sandringham game and ross said kingy was a bit sore, too.

crisis creates opportunities and i can see some opening up for players such as max, goose and even stanley if all of gilbert, gardiner, king and mcevoy are unavailable.

ankle was reported at time...........and report I had from Fox viewers confirmed that...........but my mate reported conversation with Gilbo at GC airport, definite knee tweak.

Could be just deliberate mis-information though.....

He was hiding it well then. Came out of the rooms with ice on the ankle and nothing on the knee. I suggest it was an ankle.
