not sure? but i liked the look of him. everyone knows being the 3rd forward is a very hard position to play (not many chances, players tend to go through other avenues, keeping out of the other guys way etc etc) and he had a decent opponent - but he looks the goods. nice balanced player. and i can see what people mean when they compare him to stevie j. a long way to go - but stevie j wasnt that great at 19 either.

Yeah, I liked his game too, I was paying particular attention to him, hence the reason I noticed his early exit from the game....

Question please, is Heyne pronounced with a hay or a hi?

Likewise for Gaertner, is it a a Gart or a Gurt? (Gurt would be less confusing, as the other sounds an awful lot like Gardiner)

Gurt according to Bruce and Dennis!

Gehrig emerged from scans yesterday saying he was "as sweet as a bun"

good questions, i've been wondering. the commentators said HIE-n and GURT-ner, but i would say the opposite. what's the official line?

Are you sure that it was a hamstring and not a guitarstring finger injury.

If it is of German origin the AE is the same as an A with an umlaut (double dot accent above A) so that would make it G AIR T NER.
And Riewoldt R EE VOLDT
