If that is what transpires, I think its a pretty good outcome...a few rounds to find form before the finals

Bugger it...

Was hoping for a round 12-14 come back. Hope there are no setbacks then if it's that close to the finals

If it was r17/18, I think we should thank our lucky stars to be honest!

Roo is a luxury, we don't need him to win games. Save him until 2011 when we have a crack at our third flag.

I still think there will be some young defenders in the VFL shaking in their boots....Just looking at the draw around that time - the Zebs have Box Hill and the Gold Coast.

Roo could just about win the Frosty Miller medal in one game against the Gold Coast

It would ensure a MASSIVE crowd at Trevor Barker Oval if was to come back via the VFL !!

Quoted for smugness despite our club achieving nothing thus far.

We need Riewoldt to win games. I can't believe I am responding to this such the smugness and idiocy

I have heard between rounds 8-21 but I will try to get some better information. It was from a very good source.

Do you mean like the Collingwood game (where he did very very little in the first half, then sat on the bench for the second) and last week, against the 2nd ranked team?
We can and will win plenty of games without him.

Won't happen. We didn't trade Kosi and he's a gun.

Stupid thing to say. We cannot win a premiership without him firing.

As I posted a while back..According to my hospital/medical sources they are planning to have Riewoldt ready to resume in round 17 at the earliest.

That would be a great result and hopefully we have 13 to 14 wins in the bank by then 8-)

Roo will be icing on the cake in September and there is no way he is gonna sit it out if he is fully healed and fit.
