Geary? He was the only non-forward who contributed to the scoreboard at all...saintspremiers wrote:agree, Geary has to go for that missed goal.stkildathunda wrote:OUT: Geary

But I hope Dempster in Dumpstered also for Big Mac.
I reckon Raph needs a run for Sandy before playing seniors.
In Dal
Out Dempster
I heard a whisper that we may be 'resting' players, so I wouldn't be surprised to see somebody a late withdrawal.

Makes sense to me.....perhaps unlike last year they'll do it over the next 4 or 5 weeks, rather then a mass resting in one match per last season.SainterK wrote: I heard a whisper that we may be 'resting' players, so I wouldn't be surprised to see somebody a late withdrawal.
My tips for "resting" would be either Lenny or Gardy.
i am Melbourne Skies - sometimes Blue Skies, Grey Skies, even Partly Cloudy Skies.
If Raph is named as an emergency, I'm going with Gilbert or Fishersaintspremiers wrote:Makes sense to me.....perhaps unlike last year they'll do it over the next 4 or 5 weeks, rather then a mass resting in one match per last season.SainterK wrote: I heard a whisper that we may be 'resting' players, so I wouldn't be surprised to see somebody a late withdrawal.

Sandi played on Sunday....and Saints play on Friday...so hard to see anyone besides Dal coming in.
Ben also reportedly has a new strain...
Patto has copped it from many...not sure why myself as I thought his game was ok...not startling...but ok...
So Dal in.
Dempster Out.

Don't be ridiculous SainterK! Plugger66 told me that there was no way that would be happening.......SainterK wrote:Geary? He was the only non-forward who contributed to the scoreboard at all...saintspremiers wrote:agree, Geary has to go for that missed goal.stkildathunda wrote:OUT: Geary

Upon getting to the 3/4 time huddle on Sunday, the team had come together with supporters standing around them.
Lovell takes Ben from the team and out of the supporters circumference about 5 meters away and has a decent chat to him.
I hadnt seen anything drastic that Ben had done to require a talking to, nor did I think he needed such a personalised rev up.
All that just for him to put a jacket on and sit on the bench for the quarter.....Was lovell telling mcevoy he was injured?
Seemed strange - almost as if told Ben, we need ya but we are going to rest you based on other instructions.
Anyways - thought it was interesting.
Lets just wait and see. Why would he rest a player after just coming off a loss and against another good side when we have 5 games after this against sides all in the bottom 8. people hearing whispers are very funny i reckon. I couldnt here a whisper because the person was whispering.saint75 wrote:Don't be ridiculous SainterK! Plugger66 told me that there was no way that would be happening.......SainterK wrote:Geary?
