Can he get some kms into the legs before September? Does anyone know how far off he is?

he's a good player.meher baba wrote:This is at least the third thread I've read lately asking when Raph will be back, the implication being that we need him.
Who'd have thunk it?!!
some see only his mistakes.
i'm not blind to them, but i can see what he brings to the side in terms of creativity.
it would be good to have him up and running with some kms in his legs come september.
for one thing, he generally smashes collingwood.

The frustrating thing is though just when he looks like he's really finding form with a couple of solid games he's gets injured and the cycle repeats itself.

Would allow us to juggle our backline around a little and play chips as a key back. Hopefull he plays for sandy next week.

he's cursed. he was sensational over in the west against fremantle or the eagles (i can't remember which), then went down just as he'd hit top gear.barks4eva wrote:The frustrating thing is though just when he looks like he's really finding form with a couple of solid games he's gets injured and the cycle repeats itself.

Even though I do comment on a few of your posts I wasnt this time unless I missed something.bigcarl wrote:where did I say we are relying on him. he'd be handy if fit come september.plugger66 wrote:If we are relying on him we are in trouble. Not because he cant play but just injuries. The way I see it if he plays its a bonus.

Is young Nicholas finished for the year already? I read where he was concentrating on getting ready for 2011.

Don't underestimate Raph Clarke's importance to this team. He is deceptively quick, and he's the guy who's always there in support when team mates are in trouble and looking to offload a handball. You only have to look back at lást year's preliminary final to see what he gives us. He reads the game very well.
Sure, he makes some outrageous errors at times, but let's not ignore the good stuff he does. His leg speed is critical!

Next thing we'll be hailing the imminent return of Tony Delaney to the back pocket.
All will be right with Tone back in the hot seat!

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'
